Pricing

How much does dispatch cost?

5% of gross for one truck with authority older than 6 months. 7% for a new MC under 6 months, 26 ft box trucks and hotshots. 4% per truck for 2 or more trucks, a limited-time fleet rate.

Our fees, line by line

Is there a setup fee, minimum or contract?

No setup fee and no monthly minimum. It is month-to-month: cancel with 30 days notice.

What is never charged

Do I pay in a week I don't haul?

No. The fee is a percentage of loads you haul, so a week off costs nothing in dispatch.

See a sample month

Is the fee on gross or net?

Gross load revenue: linehaul plus fuel surcharge and accessorials the broker pays on that load.

What 5%, 7% and 10% fees mean

Paying the dispatcher

When is the fee invoiced?

We invoice weekly, for loads delivered that week, listing every load with its gross and fee. Nothing is charged up front.

How dispatch works

Does the broker pay you?

No. Brokers pay you or your factoring company. We bill our fee to you separately.

How dispatchers get paid

Should I ever pay a dispatcher up front?

No. A fee before any load moves is a red flag. Pay only on loads hauled.

Why upfront fees are a red flag

Can my factoring company pay the fee?

Some factors will pay a dispatcher from your advances if you authorize it. Either way works with us.

How dispatch works

Do I have to take the loads you find?

No. Every load is offered to you first, the rate confirmation goes straight to you, and you confirm or decline. Declining costs nothing.

How fast can I start?

Usually within a few days. Most of the time goes into carrier packets with brokers.

The first week, step by step

Do you work with new authorities?

Yes, at 7% until the MC is 6 months old, starting with brokers who accept new carriers.

Do you dispatch fleets?

No. Box trucks must be 26 ft or longer. No cargo vans and no sprinter vans.

Why 26 ft is our floor

Do you dispatch non-CDL trucks?

Yes: non-CDL 26 ft box trucks and non-CDL hotshot rigs, matched to loads your rig and license allow.

Factoring

Do I need factoring to use your dispatch?

No. Dispatch works with any factoring company or none.

Freight factoring, explained

Who is your factoring partner?

RTS. If you request a quote, they contact you. We may be paid for referrals; it doesn't change your rate.

Our disclosure

Three short steps: monthly volume, your MC, and your contact details.

Do you file IFTA or taxes for me?

What IFTA is, plainly

Yes, under 49 CFR Part 382 an owner-operator with a CDL must be in a random testing pool, usually a consortium. Non-CDL trucks are not covered.
