Privacy policy: what we collect and what we do with it
Last updated October 2026
The short version: we collect what you type into our forms so a dispatcher (or, for factoring requests, our factoring partner) can contact you. Calculators keep your numbers in your own browser. We don't sell personal information.
What we collect
Dispatch application. Your name, mobile phone, email, best time to call, equipment type, number of trucks, CDL status, whether you have your own authority, your MC or DOT number, authority age, preferred lanes or home base, and anything you choose to add (current rate per mile, target weekly gross, current factoring company, notes).
Factoring quote request. Your name, phone, email, MC or DOT number, monthly invoice volume, number of trucks, whether you factor now and with whom, and what matters most to you in a factoring company.
Contact form. Your name, phone, email, topic and message.
Collected automatically. The page you came from, the referring website, campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters), your device type, and the time you submitted. Our hosting and security provider processes your IP address to protect the site and the forms from abuse.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you about the dispatch service or factoring quote you asked about, under the consent you gave on the form.
- To set up carrier packets with brokers once you become a dispatch customer and ask us to.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring useful requests, in aggregate.
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
- Our factoring partner, RTS, only when you submit a factoring quote request, so they can contact you with a quote. We may be paid for referrals; see our disclosure.
- Our email provider (Resend), which delivers the form notifications to our team and your confirmation email.
- Our hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare, which runs the anti-spam check on our forms (Turnstile).
- Our analytics provider, which counts visits and form events without selling or advertising on that data.
- Brokers, only after you become a dispatch customer, when a carrier packet needs your company details.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with partners other than the ones named here. Clicking a partner link (for example a drug testing consortium or a breakdown protection plan) takes you to that partner's website, where their privacy policy applies; we don't send them your form data.
Cookies and browser storage
- Attribution cookie (ls_src). A first-party cookie that remembers the page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign tags for 30 days, so we know where a request came from.
- Form progress. The dispatch application saves your answers in your browser's session storage so a refresh doesn't lose them. It is cleared when you submit or close the tab.
- Calculators. Some calculators remember your last inputs in your browser's local storage. Those numbers stay on your device; we never receive them. The invoice generator builds the invoice in your browser and doesn't upload it.
- Security. Cloudflare may set cookies needed to protect the site and run the anti-spam check.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't become customers are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on the conversation you started, then deleted. Customer records are kept as long as you use the service and for as long afterward as tax and business record rules require.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link or reply to any email to stop emails.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to our contact page. We answer within 30 days.
- Clear your browser's cookies and site data to remove anything stored on your device.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Form data is sent to our server and delivered by email to a limited team; it isn't published or stored in the page. No method of sending data over the internet is perfectly secure, so don't put bank details, passwords or Social Security numbers in any form on this site. We never ask for them there.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Questions about privacy: our contact page. This site is meant for businesses in the U.S. trucking industry and is not directed to children.
